Shipping & Returns

We only ship via the US Postal Service.  Its the most economical way to get your stencils to you.  Most orders will ship via first class mail and should take 3 to 5 business days to reach you.  All orders include delivery confirmation.  You will receive an email when your order is shipped that will include the tracking link.  If you don't receive your order 7 days after shipping please contact us and we will look into it for you.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

We ship worldwide via first class international.  Delivery times vary from country to country and the USPS says the average time is 10 to 15 business days.  Delivery to Europe and Australia is pretty fast - usually 8 to 10 days.

Below is what happens with your package once I drop it off at my post office:

  • It goes to the sorting facility
  • Then it is shipped to US Customs
  • Once it has passed through US Customs it heads to your country
  • Then it has to pass through your country's custom department
  • Then it heads to your region and onto your local post office

So it takes as long as it takes.  I've had a package sit in another country's custom department for three weeks and there's nothing I can do about that. 

Some countries do charge their citizens an import tax when they buy from outside their country.  We have no control over that and are not responsible for paying the import tax

RETURNS

We accept returns on all stencils no questions asked.  Custom stencils cannot be returned.  You may return your unused and undamaged stencil(s) in the original packaging for up to 30 days from purchase.  Please enclose instructions to us if it is a return for refund of the purchase price or an exchange for another stencil.
